Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for hospitality roles (front office, housekeeping, F&B service, kitchen staff, etc.)
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus hiring
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Handle bulk hiring requirements during peak seasons
- Build talent pipelines for recurring roles
- Conduct background verification and reference checks
- Assist in onboarding and joining formalities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
