Job Description
Skyeagle Infra Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Billing & Estimation Engineer to join our growing industrial construction team. We are seeking professionals with strong expertise in project estimation, quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, and rate analysis for industrial and infrastructure projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale industrial construction projects and contribute to the successful planning and execution of high-value developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate project estimates and cost calculations.
- Develop and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and project specifications.
- Conduct rate analysis and cost evaluations.
- Prepare client and contractor billing documents.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams for cost planning.
- Monitor project costs and assist in budget control.
- Maintain estimation and billing records using MS Office and relevant software.
Required Qualifications
- B.E. Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in Industrial Construction projects.
- Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation.
- Expertise in Rate Analysis and Quantity Take-Off.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of industrial and warehouse construction projects.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented approach with problem-solving abilities.
