Our team is hiring Marketing & Communication Manager role with one of our leading client engaged into Tyre manufacturing Company. (It is a Hybrid model / work from office)
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing communications strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand their needs and preferences.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Develop and manage brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive brand identity.
- Monitor and manage the brand's reputation in the market.
- Content Creation:
- Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content, including brochures, press releases, newsletters, social media posts, and website content.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and other creative professionals to produce engaging and effective marketing materials.
- Ensure all content is accurate, relevant, and aligns with the brand's voice and tone.
- Digital Marketing:
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
- Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Public Relations:
- Develop and maintain relationships with media contacts and industry influencers.
- Coordinate press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
- Organize and manage press events, product launches, and media briefings.
- Event Management:
- Plan and execute trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events.
- Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and on-site presence to maximize brand visibility.
- Evaluate event performance and gather feedback for future improvements.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing communications budget.
- Track expenses and ensure all activities are within budget.
- Provide regular reports on budget performance and ROI.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the marketing communications team.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to help them achieve their goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably within the tyre or automotive industry.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹2,200,000.00 - ₹2,600,000.00 per year
