- Promote and explain the dealership's customer loyalty programs, membership benefits, and exclusive privileges to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Inform customers about exclusive showroom events, vehicle launches, service campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system and track loyalty program participation.
- Collect customer feedback and escalate concerns to relevant departments for timely resolution.
- Achieve monthly targets related to customer enrollment, engagement, retention, and program utilization.
- Generate reports on customer participation, loyalty program performance, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Ensure all customer interactions reflect the premium standards and luxury experience of the brand.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
