Key ResponsibilitiesTransport Operations: Safely driving passengers or delivering items to designated locations.Route Optimization: Using GPS or navigation apps to avoid traffic, road work, and weather delays.Vehicle Maintenance: Performing pre-trip checks, refueling, and arranging routine servicing.Record Keeping: Logging daily mileage, travel schedules, and fuel or repair expenses.Client Interaction: Maintaining a professional, polite, and discrete demeanor with passengers.Requirements & QualificationsValid License: Appropriate license for the vehicle class (e.g., LMV, HMV, or commercial batch badge).Experience: Proven experience (usually 1-5 years) as a company, taxi, or personal driver.Physical Fitness: Ability to load/unload luggage or heavy packages, and sit for extended periods.Safety First: Perfect knowledge of local traffic laws and defensive driving techniques.Standard BenefitsCompetitive monthly or daily salary (often ₹15,000 to ₹30,000+ depending on the role).Overtime pay for night/outstation shifts.
