Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and support HR operations. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while ensuring smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates for feedback and joining formalities
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Assist in onboarding and documentation process
- Ensure timely closure of positions and meet hiring targets
- Support HR operations and employee engagement activities
(These responsibilities align with core staffing activities like recruitment, selection, and onboarding in HR roles )
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment
- Familiarity with job portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn)
- MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate (BBA, MBA HR, B.Com, or any relevant field)
- Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience in HR/recruitment
- Willingness to learn and grow in the staffing industry
Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Experience in US/IT staffing
- Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
- Exposure to bulk hiring or client handling
