ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are looking for a confident, pleasant, and organised Tele-Caller Executive for our head office in Tripunithura, Kochi. You will manage inbound and outbound calls with customers and distributors — handling queries, following up on orders and payments, collecting feedback, and supporting the sales team with telephone-based coordination. This is a full-time, office-based role that requires a clear communication style, a patient approach, and the discipline to maintain accurate call records every day.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Receive all incoming calls from customers and distributors and address queries promptly and professionally
- Make outbound calls to follow up on orders, deliveries, payments, and pending queries
- Call existing customers to collect feedback on products, service, and delivery experience
- Log and coordinate customer complaints raised over the phone and follow up until resolved
- Maintain a daily call log and submit call activity reports to the Operations Manager
- Keep the customer and distributor contact database updated and accurate
- Support the office team with basic administrative tasks as required
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in tele-calling, customer service, or telephone-based work
- Clear speaking voice with good telephone etiquette — mandatory
- Fluent in Malayalam and English — spoken (mandatory); Hindi is an advantage
- Basic computer skills — MS Excel, email for call records and reporting
- Patient, organised, and persistent in following up on pending matters
