Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions across our organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR strategy to support our fast-growing training and consulting business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across departments (Telecalling, Training, Marketing, Admin, etc.)
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with business goals
- Manage employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
- Supervise and guide HR team (HR Manager & Assistants)
- Handle performance management systems and employee evaluations
- Monitor and improve employee productivity and discipline
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
- Develop training & development programs for staff
- Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution
- Maintain HR MIS reports and analytics
Requirements
- Minimum 5–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role
- Strong experience in bulk hiring / field hiring / telecalling team management preferred
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in training institutes / education sector / service industry
- Ability to handle large workforce (200+ employees)
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
