We are currently seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into valuable insights that drive business decisions. From data extraction to visualization, you will utilize your analytical skills to support our organization's growth and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
· Utilize automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources.
· Validate, clean, and rectify data errors to ensure accuracy and reliability.
· Load and validate cleaned data into the receiving system.
· Employ reporting, visualizations, and statistical tools to identify patterns and trends.
· Translate complex data into actionable insights for diagnostic and predictive purposes.
· Collaborate with product and rollout teams to address Data & Business requirements.
· In spare time, work on internal products and projects at Progreva, and help us create cool digital products that make an impact in our users’ livesAn ideal candidate
Requirements:
· Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in Data Analytics or a related field.
· Hands-on experience with Excels - formulas, lookups
· Enjoys number crunching, and working with lots of data, spreadsheets. Automating the cleaning and combining steps for structuring the data
· Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
· Experience with Python libraries like Pandas, NumPy
· Exposure to Cloud Platforms like Azure
· Familiarity with ETL processes
· Retail supply chain background is preferred, but not mandatory
· Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
· Proactive problem-solving ability and innovative thinking.
· Experience in an international environment is preferred.
· Ability to manage and meet deadlines effectively.
· Has a solutioning mindset, and is independent and self-driven. Believes in defining the problem statement, proposing and acting on the optimum solution
· Is a humble Team player who is able to work in close collaboration with a remote distributed team in a matrix setup is comfortable working during Central European work hours (CET)
