We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to connect with potential International customers, explain our services. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Maintain a record of calls and update the CRM or database
- Follow up with interested customers
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
