B2C — Luxury Residential Acquisition & Retention
* Identify and prospect premium gated communities (DLF, Emaar, M3M, Ireo, etc.) across Gurgaon and Delhi NCR
* Build relationships with RWA officials, community managers, and MyGate/apartment app admins to facilitate subscriber access
* Conduct in-home and community demos; convert trials to paid annual/semi-annual subscriptions
* Manage onboarding for new residential subscribers — jar delivery coordination, usage guidance, and welcome touchpoints
* Monitor churn signals and execute proactive retention outreach before renewal dates
* Collect and relay customer feedback on product quality, delivery, and service to the Director
B2B — Corporate & Hospitality Account Development
* Identify and pitch company to target corporate accounts: MNCs, Korean companies (Samsung, LG, Hyundai), co-working spaces, luxury offices in Cyber City, Udyog Vihar, and Golf Course Road
* Develop and maintain hospitality relationships: 5-star hotels, premium restaurants, wellness centres, and luxury clubs
* Prepare and present customised B2B proposals with volume pricing, SLA commitments, and brand story
* Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules for institutional clients
* Maintain a structured account management cadence — quarterly reviews, usage tracking, upsell conversations
* Coordinate with operations for timely bulk deliveries and issue resolution
Pipeline & CRM Management
* Maintain a live pipeline in Zoho CRM with accurate stage, value, and next-action data
* Produce a weekly sales summary for the Director covering new leads, conversions, at-risk accounts, and revenue forecast
* Track subscription renewals calendar and ensure zero lapse due to administrative oversight
* Document client profiles, preferences, and feedback in CRM for institutional memory
Brand Representation
* Represent brand at relevant community events, networking forums (e.g., BNI Gurgaon), and industry gatherings
* Carry and present brand collateral with confidence; embody the premium, restrained, and intelligent tone of the brand
* Support the Director in building strategic partnerships (ESG-aligned businesses, wellness brands, expat communities)
Required Qualifications
* Graduate degree in any discipline; MBA or Post Graduate in Sales/Marketing preferred
* 3–6 years of B2B and/or B2C sales experience, preferably in premium consumer goods, hospitality, or FMCG
* Demonstrated track record of closing and retaining high-value accounts
* Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; professional presentation manner
* Comfort with Gurgaon geography and ability to travel across NCR independently
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
