Job Profile
Well-organized Quantity Surveyor with strong technical leadership and communication skills to join our project management team in Pan India.
Main responsibilities include:
- Assist field surveys (site reconnaissance surveys, topographical surveys, geotechnical investigations, including any hydrological and geological surveys as required, and any other engineering surveys, etc.);
- Prepare quantity estimation;
- Establish a firm basis for cost calculations on Detailed Project Report (DPR) of sub-projects/ project components;
- Should be aware of local SOR;
- Preparation of BoQs and tender documents.
Minimum qualification
- Relevant graduate degree
- Experience: 8 - 10 Years from bachelors degree.
- Industry: Infrastructure projects (Roads, Townships, smart cities, multilateral funded projects)
- Functional Area: Quantity Survey
