Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Regional Sales Executive / Sales Engineer – Mechanical to drive business growth in the Eastern Region (Kolkata base). The candidate must have prior experience in bulk material handling systems, conveyor systems, material handling equipment, or related mechanical products. The role involves B2B industrial sales, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving regional sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve targets for bulk material handling systems, conveyor systems, and capital equipment.
- Identify and generate new B2B industrial sales opportunities with EPC contractors, OEMs, cement plants, steel plants, power plants, mining companies, and industrial clients.
- Conduct client visits, technical sales presentations, and commercial discussions to promote mechanical conveyor solutions and material handling equipment.
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals in coordination with design, proposal, production, and project teams.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely order booking and project handover.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales coordination to ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and pricing strategies to improve market presence in East India.
- Collaborate with accounts, proposals, project design, production, and quality teams for smooth execution of sales orders.
- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in mechanical sales, industrial sales, bulk material handling, conveyor systems, or capital equipment sales.
- Strong understanding of conveyor belts, belt conveyors, bulk material handling equipment, and industrial mechanical systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for B2B technical sales.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Self-driven, proactive, and willing to travel across Eastern India.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
