Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic centre manger to join our team at THE POWER OF MIND. As a manager you will play a crucial role in promoting our academy's educational programs and services to parents and guardians Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective parents to introduce them to our academy and its offerings. Provide detailed information about our curriculum, facilities, and educational philosophy. Schedule appointments for interested parents to visit the academy and meet with our counselors. Follow up with prospective parents via phone calls or emails to encourage enrollment. Welcome visitors, parents, and students warmly and direct them as needed. Assist in student enrolment processes, including collecting and processing registration forms. Explain the course details to parents Maintain accurate records of interactions with parents and update the CRM system. Achieve monthly enrollment targets while ensuring high standards of customer service. Requirements: Excellent communication skills with a pleasant phone demeanor. Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service/sales role. Knowledge or interest in education and child development. Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. BDE should be able to

Responsibilities :
- Sales Manager will be responsible for scanning the market and building the sales pipeline from scratch in a particular state. The person will have to understand the market potential, competition. The person will have to design sales strategies and improve sales .
- To schedule meeting and get permission from schools
- To conduct seminars in schools.
-To help with marketing plans to bring tie up with schools
- Person will have enough freedom in the work; however, the person needs to be accountable for the targets taken.
- Person will be responsible for the entire sales and revenue life cycle and most likely have to meet and convince academicians, principals and directors for sales.
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and Build larger sales.
