CMA USA Online Faculty – Roles & Responsibilities
As a CMA USA Faculty at LedgerGate Academy, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and academic support to students pursuing the CMA USA program. The role requires subject expertise, effective communication, and student engagement to ensure successful learning outcomes.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver CMA USA subject training sessions in online modes.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and study materials for students.
- Guide and mentor students academically to help them achieve examination success.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, assessments, and mock tests regularly.
- Track student performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Ensure timely completion of syllabus and maintain academic quality standards.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations team for scheduling and student management.
- Support student onboarding and provide professional learning assistance throughout the course.
- Stay updated with CMA USA syllabus changes, industry trends, and examination patterns.
- Maintain discipline, professionalism, and a positive learning environment in all sessions.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
