We’re looking for a creative, proactive & internet-savvy Social Media Executive who lives and breathes social media. The role involves creating engaging content, producing reels and posts, and executing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement for our Client.
The selected candidate will be stationed at the client's location in Patna and will work closely with the client and our team to ensure consistent and impactful digital communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish content for the Client across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and copy for social media posts.
- Help maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across platforms.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities and content calendars for the client.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages where required & help build an active and positive online presence
- Track performance metrics (what works & what doesn’t) and prepare monthly social media reports.
· Identify trends, hashtags, and content formats that boost reach
· Experiment with new ideas to increase engagement and followers
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, and marketing teams for campaign execution.
Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Have familiarity / proficiency with various content creation tools.
- Good understanding of Social Media Platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Excellent communication and content-writing skills.
- Strong creativity and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to work independently at the client location, professional attitude and client-facing capabilities.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in social media management and content creation.
- Any experience like shooting and editing for social media or related works will be an added advantage.
Mandatory Requirements
- Candidate must be based in Patna, Bihar.
- Must be willing to work from the client location.
· Candidates must share links to social media handles, reels, creative portfolios, or sample content created by them as part of the application process.
Compensation
· Compensation will be commensurate with experience and skills.
