Key Account Sales Manager (Import) - Freight Forwarding & Logistics
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable logistics solutions.
- Prepare and submit freight quotations for Air Freight, FCL, and LCL shipments.
- Follow up on quotations and negotiate rates to maximize business conversion.
- Identify opportunities for additional business from existing customers.
- Coordinate with operations, pricing, and overseas teams to ensure seamless shipment execution.
- Provide end-to-end customer service, including shipment tracking, updates, issue resolution, and post-shipment support.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of service-related concerns.
- Maintain Daily Sales Reports (DSR), customer interaction records, and pipeline updates.
- Monitor shipment performance and ensure service commitments are met.
- Support management with sales forecasts, customer feedback, and market intelligence.
- Achieve assigned revenue and business growth targets.

- Knowledge of freight forwarding processes and international logistics.
- Ability to independently handle customer accounts and convert inquiries into business.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Business will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, CRM, Customer Service, or Key Account Management.
- Proven experience in handling customer accounts and freight quotations.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships and generate repeat business.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-centric professional.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
