Position Summary
M A Architects Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Cum Admin to support the Bangalore office. The role involves managing HR operations, office administration, employee coordination, vendor management, and general operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Organize and maintain employee records, personal files, and HR-related documentation.
- Prepare and issue appointment letters, internship letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and other employee-related correspondence.
- Manage employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Maintain attendance records, leave records, and employee databases.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and Studio Leads.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
- Support payroll processing by providing attendance and leave-related inputs.
- Assist in employee engagement activities, celebrations, and internal events.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, and general HR matters.
- Maintain HR trackers, reports, and compliance-related records.
- Support performance review and employee confirmation processes.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures across the organization.
Administration
- Handle day-to-day office administration activities and ensure smooth office operations.
- Organize meetings, prepare schedules, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, pantry requirements, and inventory.
- Organize vendor meetings and ensure timely follow-up and coordination.
- Coordinate with the IT team to resolve system-related issues and provide support to employees.
- Maintain office assets and equipment records.
- Coordinate office maintenance, housekeeping, security, and facility management activities.
- Process reimbursement bills and maintain supporting documentation.
- Collect vendor invoices and coordinate with the Accounts team for timely payment processing.
- Follow up on pending payments and coordinate with concerned departments.
- Maintain administrative records, contracts, and filing systems.
- Manage general administrative tasks and provide overall operational support to the organization.
- Assist management with reports, documentation, and coordination of office-related activities.
- Support travel, accommodation, and logistics arrangements whenever required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in HR and Administration.
- Good understanding of recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and office administration.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain confidentiality

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
