Elevate Academy is seeking an experienced Nursing Educator to conduct online coaching for AIIMS NORCET aspirants. The trainer will be responsible for delivering syllabus-oriented lectures, conducting MCQ discussions, solving student doubts, and preparing candidates for both Prelims and Mains examinations.
Responsibilities
Deliver live online classes for NORCET aspirants.
Cover the complete NORCET syllabus, including:
- Fundamentals of Nursing
- Medical-Surgical Nursing
- Community Health Nursing
- Obstetrics & Gynecology Nursing
- Pediatric Nursing
- Psychiatric Nursing
- Pharmacology
- Nursing Management & Education
Prepare and discuss MCQs and clinical case-based questions.
Conduct revision sessions and mock test discussions.
Provide academic guidance and doubt-solving support.
Share study materials, notes, and practice questions as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- B.Sc. Nursing or M.Sc. Nursing
- Prior teaching experience for NORCET, AIIMS, ESIC, DSSSB, RRB, NHM, or similar nursing recruitment examinations preferred.
- Strong communication and online teaching skills.
- Familiarity with Zoom, Google Meet, or similar online platforms.

- Frequency: 3 Days per Week
- Class Duration: 2 Hours per Session
- Total Sessions: Approximately 36
Compensation
