Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Visa Sales Head to lead our visa services sales team. The Visa Sales Head will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth, managing key client relationships, and ensuring that the sales team meets its targets. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of visa processes, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business targets in visa services.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the visa sales team, setting performance goals and providing ongoing coaching and support.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through networking, partnerships, and strategic marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to continuously adapt sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective promotional campaigns and sales materials.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Manage the visa sales budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI.
- Stay updated on the latest visa regulations, requirements, and industry developments to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.
- Handle escalated client issues and resolve conflicts to maintain positive client relationships.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote visa services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales.
- Strong knowledge of visa processes, requirements, and regulations for various countries.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and build lasting relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation.
