Job Summary
The Project In Charge is responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and successfully executing projects within the approved scope, budget, quality standards, and timeline. The role involves managing resources, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with safety and quality requirements, and reporting project progress to management.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee project activities from initiation to completion.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Manage project costs and control budget deviations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct site visits and review work progress (for construction/engineering projects).
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Resolve technical and operational issues affecting project execution.
- Lead project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure successful project handover and closure.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of relevant project execution experience.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Primavera, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
