Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the company’s online sales and presence on e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Etsy, and others.
- Upload and update product listings, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics for e-commerce channels, making data-driven decisions to optimize sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product descriptions and listings that highlight the unique features and quality of our jewelry.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to e-commerce sales promptly and professionally.
- Maintain inventory levels and manage stock to ensure product availability.
- Conduct regular audits of e-commerce platforms to ensure product information accuracy and consistency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon, Etsy, and similar sites.
- Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of design and photo editing software like Photoshop is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve sales performance.
