Key Responsibilities:
- Training & Skill Development:
- Conduct training sessions on automotive assembly processes.
- Develop and deliver practical training materials.
- Guide trainees in hands-on assembly techniques and safety procedures.
- Centre Supervision & Student Support:
- Look after the students at the centre, ensuring discipline and smooth operations.
- Check requirements for the centre and ensure necessary resources are available.
- Maintain a structured and safe learning environment.
Requirements:
- Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Automobile, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive assembly training or a related field.
- Strong practical knowledge of automotive assembly, tools, and safety protocols.
- Good communication and mentoring skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
