Job Description
- Ownership of the application production support for the IT applications
- Lead Application Support L1&L2 across the applications from the end user perspective
- Form , maintain and manage a capable IT application support team
- Ensure well documented SOP/checklist and execution same as per the expected timelines
- Own disaster recovery of applications with close co-ordination with infra team
- Ensure expected SLAs ,turned around time requirements linked to incidents ,changes ,problems in production
- Manage the application deployment in production
- Lead and priorities the application support teams work load
- Manage and Own the Problem Management Process
- Maintain application monitoring , performance tuning and testing
- Provide input to the implementation ,backup and roll back plan
Experience range : 3-8 years
Must be good in verbal and written communications
Must have prior support function background
