Senior Restaurant Captain
A Senior Restaurant Captain is responsible for supervising the restaurant service team, ensuring smooth guest service operations, and assisting the Restaurant Manager in daily activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise captains, stewards, and service staff
- Ensure smooth restaurant operations during shifts
- Welcome and assist guests professionally
- Handle guest complaints and service issues
- Ensure proper table setup and service standards
- Coordinate with kitchen for timely food service
- Train and guide junior staff
- Monitor grooming, hygiene, and discipline of staff
- Check billing accuracy and closing procedures
- Assist in achieving sales and guest satisfaction targets
- Maintain SOP and hygiene standards

- POS/billing knowledge
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management preferred
- Experience in restaurant/F&B service operations
Reporting To
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
