Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to handle client inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide support across our service offerings. The ideal candidate will act as the primary contact between our clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Maintain client records.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Assist clients with their project-related queries, providing information on timelines, services, and project status.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses and follow-ups.
- Provide clients with regular updates on ongoing projects, acting as the liaison between clients and project managers.
- Support the sales team with client information and help resolve post-sale issues.
- Monitor and maintain service standards as per company protocols.
- Collect feedback from clients and report insights to the management to improve service quality.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
