Job Title: Senior HR Executive / HR Manager – Payroll & Compliance
Job Summary:
The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions for the factory unit, with a strong focus on payroll processing, labour law compliance, and employee engagement. The role involves ensuring smooth HR operations in alignment with statutory requirements and organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Payroll Management:
Prepare and process monthly payroll for all factory employees accurately and on time.
Maintain payroll records, attendance, overtime, and leave records.
Ensure compliance with statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.).
Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
2. Statutory Compliance & HR Policies:
Ensure compliance with labour laws such as Factories Act, Shops & Establishment Act,
Payment of Wages Act, EPF & ESI regulations, and other relevant local laws.
Maintain employee records as per legal requirements.
Assist in audits (internal/external) related to HR and payroll.
Update and implement HR policies in line with legal and company standards.
3. Recruitment & Onboarding:
Coordinate recruitment drives and factory workforce hiring.
Conduct interviews, selection, and onboarding for factory staff.
Maintain manpower planning and succession records.
4. Employee Relations & Engagement:
Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and dispute resolution.
Organize engagement and welfare programs for factory employees.
Promote a positive work culture and adherence to company policies.
5. Performance & Training:
Assist in performance appraisal processes for factory staff.
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs related to skill development, safety, and compliance.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of labor laws, PF, ESI, and payroll regulations.
Experience in factory or manufacturing HR operations is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and detail-oriented, especially with payroll and statutory data.
Proficiency in HRIS/Payroll software and MS Office.
Experience & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, or related field.
5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/factory environment.
Proven experience in payroll management and statutory compliance.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
