Job Description:
The resource will be responsible for Project management for build projects including roads construction.
- Manage Construction & Interior fit out projects.
- Stakeholder management.
- Project documentation.
- Health & Safety management on site.
- Quality control & Quality assurance on site
Objectives of this role
- Planning, coordinating & managing all phases of construction projects, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & closeout.
- Creating a Bill of Quantities (BOQ) by measuring exact material, labor & plant requirements from design drawings. Do baseline budgets, manage tenders & track variations during execution.
- Establishing project objectives, scope & deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders & ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Developing & managing project schedules, budgets & resource allocations to ensure cost efficiency & timely delivery.
- Liaising with architects & engineers to monitor construction progress, resolve issues & ensure compliance with specifications & quality standards.
- Conducting regular site inspections to assess project progress, identify risks & ensure compliance with safety protocols & regulatory requirements.
- Maintain effective communication with project team members & stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns & foster strong working relationships.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Industrial Engineering.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in construction project management(Road included)
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
