Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Assistant Manager – Full Stack Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in developing enterprise-grade web applications using .NET technologies and modern frontend frameworks. This role requires hands-on development across the full application stack, collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Application Development

Design, develop, and maintain web applications across frontend and backend layers.

Develop RESTful APIs and business services using .NET technologies.

Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern web technologies.
Backend Development

Develop and optimize application logic, APIs, and database interactions.

Create and maintain stored procedures, queries, and data access layers.

Ensure application security, scalability, and performance.
Frontend Development

Develop reusable UI components and enhance user experience.

Integrate frontend applications with backend services and APIs.

Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.
Collaboration & Delivery

Work closely with business analysts, architects, and QA teams.

Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.

Support deployment, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution.
Automation & DevOps

Support CI/CD implementation and deployment activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in full-stack application development.

Strong experience in .NET (C#), ASP.NET Core, and REST API development.

Experience with Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

Knowledge of SQL Server/PostgreSQL and relational database concepts.
