Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough patient consultations, assessments, and medical history reviews.
2. Diagnose urological disorders through clinical examinations, imaging studies, and laboratory tests.
3. Develop personalized treatment plans based on accurate diagnoses and evidence-based practices.
4. Prescribe appropriate medications and therapies to manage urological conditions.
5. Perform urological surgeries with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
6. Provide expert urological consultations to referring physicians and medical staff.
7. Communicate effectively with patients and their families, explaining diagnoses, treatment options, and potential risks.
8. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, including patient histories, examination findings, treatment plans, and progress notes.
9. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including oncologists, radiologists, nurses, and support staff, to deliver holistic patient care.
