We are looking for a Shopify Website Developer who can go beyond development and actively contribute to our digital growth across website, marketing, and AI-driven workflows.
This is a hands-on role where you will work across website development, marketing execution, and performance optimisation to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Shopify Website Development
- Develop, manage, and maintain the Shopify website
- Customise themes, layouts, and sections
- Build and optimise landing pages
- Ensure website speed, performance, and mobile responsiveness
- Integrate and manage third-party apps and tools
- Troubleshoot bugs and ensure smooth website functioning
Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
- Improve product pages, collection pages, and checkout flow
- Conduct A/B testing for layouts, content, and CTAs
- Analyse user behaviour and suggest improvements
- Continuously optimise for higher conversion rates
Digital Marketing Support
- Assist in planning and executing campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads
- Set up tracking (pixels, events, UTMs)
- Support landing pages for paid campaigns
- Monitor performance and suggest improvements
Email Marketing
- Create and manage email campaigns
- Build and optimise automation flows (welcome, abandoned cart, etc.)
- Segment audiences and improve engagement
- Analyse email performance and optimise results
SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)
- Conduct keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner
- Optimise product pages, collections, and blogs
- Work on on-page and basic technical SEO
- Track rankings and organic traffic performance
Social Media
- Scheduling and publishing posts
- Ensure correct formatting of content across platforms
- Support content team with uploads and basic execution
- Maintain consistency across channels
Analytics & Reporting
- Track website and campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4)
- Monitor key metrics: traffic, conversion rate, AOV
- Generate insights and reports
- Ensure data accuracy across platforms
AI & Prompt Engineering
- Use AI tools such as:
- ChatGPT
- Claude
- Create effective prompts for:
- content generation
- research
- marketing ideas
- Improve workflows and efficiency using AI tools
- Stay updated with new AI capabilities and apply them in daily work
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Shopify development and digital marketing (freshers with strong skills may apply)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Shopify (theme customisation, apps, basic coding)
- HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Email marketing tools (Omnisend/Klaviyo preferred)
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals
- Familiarity with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Working knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
