Job Summary
The KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification Executive is responsible for collecting, verifying, and validating customer information and documents as per regulatory and company guidelines. The role ensures compliance with KYC, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and customer onboarding requirements while maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Verification
- Verify customer identity documents such as:
- Aadhaar Card
- PAN Card
- Passport
- Voter ID
- Driving License
- Ensure customer information is accurate and complete.
- Perform customer due diligence (CDD) procedures.
Document Review
- Check authenticity and validity of submitted documents.
- Verify customer signatures and photographs.
- Identify discrepancies and escalate suspicious cases.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, and company KYC guidelines.
- Follow Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures.
- Report suspicious transactions or fraudulent activities.
Data Entry & Record Management
- Update customer records in CRM/KYC systems.
- Maintain digital and physical KYC files.
- Ensure confidentiality of customer information.
Customer Support
- Contact customers for missing documents.
- Resolve KYC-related queries.
- Assist customers during onboarding and account activation.
Reporting
- Prepare daily verification reports.
- Track pending KYC cases.
- Maintain verification turnaround time (TAT).
Required QualificationsEducation
- Intermediate (10+2), Graduate preferred.
- Commerce, Finance, Banking, or Business Administration background is an advantage.
Experience
- Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in:

- Financial Services

- Stock Broking
