Job Summary:
As a Senior Account Manager - Social Media Marketing, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-profile clients and developing and executing effective social media marketing strategies to meet their business objectives. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop customized strategies, and oversee the implementation of social media campaigns. Additionally, you will provide leadership and mentorship to junior account managers on the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of high-profile clients, serving as the main point of contact for all social media marketing needs.
- Lead the development and execution of social media strategies tailored to each client’s unique business objectives and target audience.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, analytics) to develop social media content, ads, and campaigns that align with client objectives.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Manage budgets and ensure that campaigns are delivered within budget.
- Provide regular reporting to clients on campaign performance and progress towards objectives.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior account managers on the team.
- Continually research industry trends and best practices to stay up-to-date on social media marketing strategies.
- Develop new business opportunities by networking, attending industry events, and building relationships with potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in social media marketing and account management, with a focus on high-profile clients.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns for high-profile clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics.
- Experience managing budgets and delivering campaigns within budget.
- Proficient in social media management and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
- Ability to provide leadership and mentorship to junior account managers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
