Role Summary
We are seeking a Project Manager to drive endtoend delivery across Development and AMS tracks for a global FMCG application landscape You will own project governance financial management and integrated planning across multivendor multitimezone teams operating on hyperscalers The role balances build feature programs modernization with run stability SLAs CSI ensuring outcomes are delivered on scope on time and within budget
Key Responsibilities
Project Governance
Establish and run governance forums steerco weekly delivery RAID reviews maintain project charter scope and success metrics
Enforce standards for documentation change control and stage gates manage scope baseline and integrated change requests
Ensure compliance with security privacy audit and risk policies coordinate CAB for releases across environments
Project Financial Management
Own budget forecasts and monthlyquarterly closes CAPEX vs OPEX accruals invoicing PO management and variance analysis plan vs actuals
Maintain EACETC earned value CPISPI unitcost KPIs and benefits realization tracking
Apply FinOps practices for cloud workloads budgets showbackchargeback commitment planning cost optimization followthrough with engineering
Project Planning Delivery
Build and maintain integrated plans MS ProjectSmartsheetJiraADO critical path dependencies and resourcecapacity plans onshoreoffshore
Drive release calendars environment readiness and cutover plans coordinate UAT hypercare and production rollout
Track delivery KPIs lead time throughput defect trends and remove impediments to maintain schedule integrity
AMS Run Coordination
Align AMS objectives SLAOLA MTTR availability with development roadmaps plan regression packs and postdeploy verification
Govern incident problem and change processes ITIL establish CSI backlog and automationshiftleft initiatives
Coordinate 24x5 operations with L15L2L3 and SREPlatform teams ensure handovers runbooks and oncall rotations are effective
Stakeholder Vendor Management
Act as primary interface to business product owners enterprise architects security and platform teams
Manage multivendor delivery SOWs SLAs performance scorecards conduct QBRs and drive corrective action plans
Communicate status risks and decisions with executiveready dashboards and concise narratives
Risk Quality and Compliance
Maintain an actionable RAID log run proactive risk workshops and mitigation plans
Enforce quality gates definition of readydone test evidence traceability and auditready documentation
Ensure data residency privacy and regulatory alignment where applicable
