About the Role
Bibaswan Educational Foundation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Mathematics Faculty to train students preparing for various Government Job Examinations, including UPSC, WBCS, SSC, Banking, Railway, WB Police, NDA, CDS, and other Central and West Bengal State Government recruitment examinations.
The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and proven experience in teaching Mathematics and Quantitative Aptitude specifically for competitive government examinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and online sessions on Mathematics and Quantitative Aptitude.
- Teach Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Mensuration, Trigonometry, Number System, Data Interpretation, Simplification, and Advanced Mathematics.
- Develop exam-oriented study materials, assignments, practice sets, and mock tests.
- Analyze Previous Year Questions (PYQs) and provide effective problem-solving techniques.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and personalized mentoring.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular performance feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest examination patterns and syllabus changes.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Mathematics, Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
- Strong command over Mathematics and Quantitative Aptitude concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and student-friendly manner.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in Government Job Preparation.
- Prior experience teaching Mathematics for UPSC, WBCS, SSC, Banking, Railway, WB Police, NDA, CDS, and similar competitive examinations.
- Familiarity with current exam patterns, cut-offs, and question trends.
- Ability to teach both foundation and advanced-level students.
