Key Responsibilities:
- Resourcing Partners:
- Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with potential resourcing partners.
- Maintain a database of current and potential resourcing partners.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with resourcing partners to ensure competitive and mutually beneficial arrangements.
- Should have experience in staff Augmentation and contract hiring / 3rd party contract hiring.
- Client Coordination:
- Communicate with clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding resourcing and staffing needs.
- Ensure all client requirements are clearly documented.
- Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Ensure all relevant information and documentation are provided to both clients and candidates prior to interviews.
- Follow up with clients and candidates’ post-interview to gather feedback and facilitate the next steps in the hiring process.
· Talent Sourcing:
- Utilize various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates for in house requirement.

- Provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Recruitment Metrics:
- Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
- Continuously analyse and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the HR or staffing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR-related software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Experience : 6 to 10 years
