Job Title: Manager – Blue Collar Hiring

Timings: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Venue: TCS, Sahyadri Park, Plot No. 2 & 3, MIDC SEZ, Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Phase-III, Maan, Hinjewadi, PUNE
Exp Range - : 10-15 years
Main Purpose of role:
- Proven experience in blue-collar recruitment – mandatory
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory requirements – mandatory
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) – mandatory
- Good English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Working knowledge of SAP HCM – preferred
- Ready database/network for blue-collar hiring – preferred
- Manage team of 15 members across multiple locations
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end blue-collar recruitment activities
- Source, screen, and onboard candidates as per hiring requirements
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and hiring regulations
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and reports
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate data in SAP HCM and recruitment systems
- Identify recruitment gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives
