Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and providing support to end-users. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the improvement of system performance and stability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by end-users. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve system incidents. - Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement. - Provide support and guidance to end-users on application usage and functionality. - Contribute to the development and implementation of system enhancements and upgrades. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in System Monitoring Tools & Techniques, OBM monitoring tool. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with AAAP (Accenture Advanced Analytics Platform). - Should have sound Knowledge in SAP 360 and BPMON alert monitoring. - Strong understanding of system monitoring tools and techniques. - Experience in analyzing system logs and performance metrics. - Knowledge of incident management and ticketing systems. - Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices. - Experience/Basic knowledge on SAP modules is an add-on. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in System Monitoring Tools & Techniques. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
