About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect & Interior Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural design, interior planning, space optimization, and 3D visualization. Key Responsibilities
- Create architectural and interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and plans using AutoCAD.
- Develop 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project teams.
- Conduct site visits and ensure designs are executed as planned.
- Assist in material selection, space planning, and design presentations.
- Stay updated with modern design trends and AI-powered design tools.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (SKP).
- Knowledge of AI tools for design and visualization is a plus.
- Strong creativity and design visualization skills.
- Good communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Portfolio showcasing previous design projects.
