About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual counseling and psychotherapy sessions.
- Handle client intake, case history collection, and case documentation.
- Assist with psychological assessments and report preparation as required.
- Design and facilitate workshops, psychoeducational programs, and awareness initiatives.
- Develop and deliver mental health modules and intervention programs.
- Maintain professional ethics, confidentiality, and accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client outcomes and service quality.
- Contribute innovative ideas and actively participate in organizational projects and initiatives.
- Support training programs, content development, research, and outreach activities as needed.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in counseling, psychotherapy, or mental health services.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Adaptability, initiative, and a willingness to learn and grow in a startup environment.
