.Role Overview:
We're seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and overall digital strategy. You’ll be responsible for planning and executing high-performing campaigns, optimizing for results, and staying updated with the latest digital trends to deliver impactful solutions for both Yenmurai Technologies and our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta and Google platforms
- Drive organic traffic and rankings through strategic SEO practices
- Develop and implement SEM campaigns to generate qualified leads
- Analyze data, track KPIs, and report campaign performance to internal teams and clients
- Research and experiment with new marketing tools and trends
- Collaborate with web development, design, and content teams to align campaigns
- Identify growth opportunities and present new ideas to improve digital presence
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
- Experience in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager)
- Ability to understand client goals and build tailored marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Curiosity to learn, test, and implement new digital innovations
- Agency experience is a plus
