We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to help drive strategic business decisions. Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from multiple sources.
- Develop and implement machine learning models and statistical analyses.
- Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Perform A/B testing and predictive analytics to support decision-making.
- Monitor and optimize model performance over time.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in data science and artificial intelligence.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of statistics, machine learning, and data mining techniques.
- Experience working with large and complex datasets.
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Master's degree is a plus.
- 2–5 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related role.
- Demonstrated experience in building predictive models and data-driven solutions.
