Position: Security Officer
Location: Greater Noida
(Note - Experience should be from manufacturing background only)
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to safeguard personnel, assets, and facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify security vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services to ensure effective response to security incidents and emergencies.
- Provide training to security personnel on industrial safety and security practices, fire fighting techniques, and incident management procedures.
- Monitor surveillance systems and alarm systems to detect and respond to security threats in a timely manner.
- Prepare incident reports detailing security breaches, accidents, or other incidents, and ensure timely submission to management and relevant authorities.
- Manage access control systems and enforce access policies to prevent unauthorized entry into restricted areas.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate the movement of personnel and materials while maintaining security standards.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to industrial security and safety
- Maintain accurate records of security-related activities, including patrols, inspections, and incident reports.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Certification in Industrial Safety Security, Fire Fighting, and Safety Knowledge is required.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Office suite.
- Strong knowledge of enforcement laws and regulations applicable to industrial security.
- Flexibility to work 6 days a week and willingness to respond to security incidents outside of regular working hours when necessary.
- The Industrial Security Officer will report directly to the Senior Manager of Corporate Security.
