Job Responsibilities :
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Overseeing special projects such as purchasing of new office, ensuring the interiors are complete and post maintenance of all offices
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Maintaining a list of vendors and getting in new vendors to ensure required deadlines are maintained
- Suggestions to Management for improvisation of facilities and services
- Timely responses to incoming communications, such as phone calls and emails from employees
- Ensuring all offices have adequate admin and infrastructural facilities for employees
- Supervising the day-to-day operations of the office-helpers and other admin staff
- Ensure budgeting and bookkeeping records are clear. Co-ordinate with the finance team to ensure payments happen on a timely basis
- Assistance in execution of office events, offsites, bookings for hotels, conferences, and training sessions.
- Assistance to HR in ensuring execution of engagement related activities
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required
- Proven experience of 5-7 years in an Admin Manager, office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Willing to handle the functioning of the department independently
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
