detail-oriented Management Trainee to assist in critical marketing initiatives aimed at
expanding our reach in the broadband utilities market.
Position Overview:
The Management Trainee will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing team with
market research, account mapping, SEO execution, content research, and more. This Trainee
Program provides the opportunity to gain valuable experience in specialized marketing
concepts such as account-based marketing, fishbone analysis, and inbound lead generation,
while also contributing to the growth of our marketing initiatives in the broadband utilities
space.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research & Account Mapping:
o Conduct in-depth research on broadband and utilities markets, identifying
trends, competitors, and consumer behaviors.
o Assist in mapping key accounts and creating profiles for potential prospects in
the broadband utilities sector.
o Analyze customer segmentation to improve targeting and personalization
efforts for marketing campaigns.
2. Account-Based Marketing (ABM):
o Assist in the development and execution of Account-Based Marketing
strategies.
o Support in tailoring marketing materials and content specifically for target
accounts in the broadband utilities sector.
o Help with creating customized outreach campaigns for high-value prospects.
3. DM Guidelines Development:
o Research and assist in developing Direct Mail (DM) guidelines and strategies
tailored to the broadband utilities market.
o Help optimize DM strategies to improve engagement and response rates.
4. SEO Concepts & Execution:
o Support the SEO team by assisting in keyword research, on-page SEO
optimization, and tracking SEO performance.
o Assist in implementing SEO best practices across website content, blog posts,
and landing pages.
o Monitor search engine rankings and provide recommendations for
improvements.
5. Fishbone Analysis:
o Participate in conducting fishbone analysis for identifying root causes of
various marketing challenges or issues.
o Support the team in analyzing marketing topics such as lead generation, traffic
trends, and campaign performance.
6. Marketing Tools Utilization:
o Help in managing and utilizing marketing tools and platforms such as CRM
systems, analytics tools, and email marketing platforms.
o Assist in setting up and analyzing campaign performance across various tools.
7. Content Research & Website Management:
o Conduct research for new content ideas related to broadband utilities and
emerging market trends.
o Assist in content creation, optimization, and management for the company
website, ensuring it aligns with marketing objectives.
o Help with website updates, including adding new content, optimizing landing
pages, and enhancing user experience.
8. Inbound Marketing & Lead Generation:
o Assist in the development and execution of inbound marketing strategies to
drive website traffic and generate quality leads.
o Help create lead magnets, landing pages, and CTAs (Call to Actions) to
optimize inbound traffic conversion.
o Monitor and report on the success of lead generation activities, tracking key
metrics such as conversion rates and ROI.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters (Preferred) or Post Graduate degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
