We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader – Sales to lead and motivate our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, mentoring team members, monitoring performance, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Monitor daily sales activities and team performance.
- Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase conversions.
- Track leads and ensure timely follow-up by team members.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Handle escalated customer queries and support the team in closing deals.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to improve sales outcomes.
- Maintain CRM records and ensure accurate data management.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of sales experience with at least 1 year in a team handling role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in Education, EdTech, Training, or Service Industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Excel.
