Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage IT projects for UK and US clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully delivering projects within scope, budget, and timelines while ensuring client satisfaction. The Project Manager will work closely with clients, development teams, quality analysts, and stakeholders to drive project success and maintain strong business relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Delivery
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment and support.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Develop detailed project plans and ensure timely execution.
- Monitor project progress and address risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
- Expertise in product architecture, commercial vision, operations management and technical innovation.
- Profile-Able to manage SaaS, DIGITAL marketing, Domestic and international sales/marketing and operations
Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for UK and US clients.
- Conduct regular client meetings, project reviews, and status updates.
- Understand client requirements and translate business needs into actionable project deliverables.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership
- Coordinate with software developers, designers, QA engineers, business analysts, and support teams.
- Assign tasks and monitor team performance.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Mentor team members and promote a collaborative work environment.
Risk & Quality Management
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices.
- Monitor quality assurance processes and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
- Maintain project documentation and reporting standards.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Track project budgets, resource utilization, and timelines.
- Present project updates to senior management and clients.
- Maintain project records, change requests, and meeting minutes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management within an IT Services or Software Development company.
- Proven experience handling UK and US clients.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience using project management tools such as:
- Jira
- Trello
- Asana
- Microsoft Project
- Proficiency in project reporting and resource planning.
- Ability to work in overlapping UK and US business hours when required.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile Certification.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, web development, mobile applications, and enterprise software solutions.
- Experience in offshore-onshore delivery models.
