Work you'll do
As a Consultant on the Cyber Operate Application Security team, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting service delivery goals by meeting ticket, service-level agreement, and operational targets
- Managing day-to-day client requests, escalations, and stakeholder communications across the support pod
- Researching client issues, performing root-cause analysis on recurring incidents, and escalating through defined support channels
- Executing runbooks, standard operating procedures, and solution design requirements while troubleshooting SAP Security issues across roles, authorizations, Governance, Risk, and Compliance workflows, and Fiori access
- Managing multiple concurrent tickets, prioritizing work effectively, and supporting onboarding and coaching for new support team members

Deloitte's Cyber Risk Services help our clients build a secure and resilient digital foundation. As part of the Cyber Operate Application Security team, you will join our Cyber practice and be responsible for delivering SAP security support and assessments .Your responsibilities will include ongoing support of end-user security, internal automated controls, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) analyses on the SAP platform.
Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai
Shift Timings: 24*7 rotational shifts; night, weekend, holiday, and on-call coverage based on project assignment
Qualifications
Required:
- 3-6 years of experience in SAP Security, SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) 10.x/12.x Access Control, and SAP S/4HANA support
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA security support, role maintenance, user provisioning, and audit remediation
- Experience advising on role optimization, segregation of duties (SoD) remediation, and steady-state process improvement
- Experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)-aligned incident, problem, and change management processes
- Experience with ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira
- Bachelor of Technology, Master of Technology, or Master of Science degree
Preferred:
- Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA Fiori security in production, including catalog maintenance, group maintenance, role troubleshooting, and post-go-live stabilization
- Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Identity Authentication Service/Identity Provisioning Service (IAS/IPS), SAP Business Intelligence (BI), Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Master Data Governance (MDG), BusinessObjects (BOBJ), and Human Resources (HR) security support
- Experience in a Big Four professional services firm
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or ITIL Foundation certification
