Key Responsibilities
1. New Business Development
- Identify and tap into new market segments, specifically within the automotive, air/liquid filtration, and specialized industrial sectors.
- Conduct regular market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs.
- Generate high-quality leads and convert them into long-term commercial accounts.
2. Client & Account Management
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing corporate clients, Tier-1 automotive suppliers, and industrial OEMs.
- Coordinate closely with clients to understand technical product specifications (such as GSM requirements, fiber types, and deniers).
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare technical commercial quotes, and lead price negotiation cycles.
3. Strategy & Execution
- Plan and execute targeted marketing strategies to promote specialized products like needlepunch filter media and automotive fabrics.
- Work in tandem with the technical and production teams to ensure customized product developments align perfectly with client timelines.
- Represent the organization at key industrial trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate networking events.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Industrial B2B Sales Expertise: Proven track record of selling to industrial buyers, OEMs, or manufacturing plants. Experience in technical textiles, nonwovens, or filtration systems is a major advantage.
- Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to pitch technical products confidently to purchase managers and technical heads.
- Mobility: Ready to travel across major industrial belts in Gujarat and Maharashtra for client meetings and site visits.
- Analytical Skills: Competent in data-driven sales tracking, pipeline management, and setting accurate revenue forecasting.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
