Job Summary
Valeur Fabtex Private Limited is seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Head to lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, sourcing, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, vendor development, and distribution. The role requires a strategic leader capable of optimizing processes, reducing costs, and ensuring seamless operational efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead procurement, inventory, warehouse, logistics, and distribution functions.
- Drive strategic sourcing initiatives and vendor development programs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics for supply chain operations.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and operational excellence.
- Manage demand planning, forecasting, and supply planning activities.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods and services.
- Build strong relationships with vendors, transporters, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience
- 18+ Years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or Operations.
Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
